We have received an A-to-z Guarantee claim against order 116-4482832-3410636 because the buyer did not receive the item or items. The purchase date was June 2, 2014. The buyer's comments were "customer want to cancel the order hence A to Z Guarantee Claimed ".

まだ出荷していないようであれば取りやめてください。
