荷物を受け取りました。数日前に日本の国際配送センターから電話があり、税関での開封時にすでに鼻の部分が破損していたと言われました。トラッキング番号で確認して下さい。実際に確認したところ、本当に鼻の部分が取れていました。画像を添付します。日本の配送会社では対応できないとの事です。どうしたらよいか教えていただけますか。早急にお返事下さい。
