I have been using your company to import some of my goods since this year. I requested for such services only about 10 times, so I am just another small customer to you. However, please allow me to write to you on some incidents.
I have had such a wonderful relationship with you. I was thankful to your staff over several occasions. I still do appreciate what your company has done. However, 2 very ill-meaning and intentional pieces of mischief were carried out. They might be small matters in the U.S., but they are unimaginable in Japan.
