こんなに速く対応してもらえると思わなかったのでとても嬉しいです。報告した問題点も解決されていました。心から感謝します。
ただABC.phpをアップロードしたらページが表示されないエラーになってしまったので以下のコードを削除したところ表示することができました
あとは先日、お伺いした登録ページのFirst nameとLast nameの入力欄に値が入力してあるかどうかを判別しているコードの箇所を教えてもらえると嬉しいです

Still, by uploading ABC.php, it returned an error saying that the page is not available, so I deleted the code below and then it worked fine.
Also, it would be great if you could let me know the code parts which confirm whether values have been given in the input spaces for "First name" and "Last name" of the page that I registered the other day.
