Hi, I initiated a claim with the USPS today, and they said you need to take the box and the figurine to your Post Office and file a damage report. The label # is CP482198113US. I am so sorry for your inconvenience, and I hope this will be resolved quickly! Please let me know if your Post Office needs me to do anything to speed up the process for the insurance claim. I am also so sad and heartbroken that such a lovely piece was damaged!
