バイヤーが満足していない多くの原因は商品が届かない、商品が届くのが遅いということです。
私は以下の対応および改善をします。
・今まで通りすべての商品に対して追跡番号を設置して出荷します。
これでリアルタイムにバイヤーからの商品の所在の問い合わせがあった時に対応できます。

The common reasons buyers were unsatisfied were because of undelivered items and slow delivery times.
