Pretty much a auto-translate. Not worth correcting.

I hope you understand Japanese enough to translate into English and also read more about court record and document.

Sorry you're discontent, please let me elaborate a bit:
廃棄物の処分について - With respect to disposal of the rejection. This is not a good translation to english. 廃棄物 is not "rejection" It doesn't make sense in english. 廃棄物 should be translated more like waste, or wastage. Here is a dictionary definition of rejection being used as a noun:

"re·jec·tion [ri-jek-shuhn] Show IPA
noun
1.
the act or process of rejecting.
2.
the state of being rejected.
3.
something that is rejected."

Anyone who have a fluent grasp of english would be translating this as disposal of waste, or wastage disposal.

"Because it is exhausted during the operation, and it is possible A shall have the obligation to chooses an appropriate agent under agreement and process with respect to the rejection brought into the inning disposal ground, we consider we are not liable." - this is an incredibly fragmented, long winded sentence with plenty of grammatical error that shows poor grasp of english. You also should avoid using a conjunction "because" to start a sentence unless it's well justified.

"It is not possibly accepted that deposit should cost five thousand (5,000) dollars even if the case that Company assumes any liability." - again, does not flow and awkwardly written with plently of mistakes. "even if the case" is incorrect, it should be worded as "even if it is the case", "even under the assumption that" ... company should not be in caps.

Anyone who put this text into Google translate and smoothed out the kinks would have been able to achieve what you have written there, possibly better if they had a better grasp of english. Under the assumption that this piece of writing should is a law related document, should the customer send out what you wrote, it is incredibly unprofessional. Whilst I'm sure your grasp of the Japanese language is better than mine, it is important to have a good understanding of English and how it is written in different situations. It didn't feel like it and from my understanding it looked like a word by word translation.
