注文いただいた商品のリボンがピンク色の商品は在庫欠品しており、生産終了しました。黒色のリボンのものは在庫がありますので、お送りしてよろしいでしょうか?

Good translation, but you should always maintain the format of the original so the customer can see what is what.
Thank you for the review and advice. I prefer to translate the messages in the format it would normally be in English, but I will keep that concern in mind from now on.
