早速ですが、リサーチをしたいとおもいます。

日程ですが、５月１７−２0日もしくは２３−２６日にMにリサーチをしたいと思います。いずれも３泊の予定です。
可能ならば、直近の１７−２０日が良いかと思っています。

この日程ならば、１７日は夕方１8時前後にMに到着予定です。
なので、18-20日のいずれか早い段階で現地打ち合せ可能でしょうか？

リサーチは、現地の実測ももちろんのこと、街の歴史や都市計画や、文化的な経緯、産業がわかるスポットを見たいと思ってます。

Your " as soon as" is a Japanese greeting to begging a letter and doesn't mean " as soon as". 18:00 is 6pm. Also「この日程ならば」is implying an option. I appreciate other important editing of yours.
