Yes, there is indications that it was previously opened and lady at the post office had shown the areas in which she believe it had been opened before hand when I brought it back to her. I'll send you pictures of the front, back, and inside of the package. I have opened the top of the package as shown in the pictures. The hole and the tape on the bottom of the package was there before I received it.
