改善策
今まで通り追跡番号をつけて定期的に配達状況を確認します。
不在で配送業者で保留中の商品についてはバイヤーへ通知して配達完了を目指します。

国際配送では予期せぬ事故、トラブル、商品紛失が発生します。
その際は早急に追跡番号から配達状況を確認し、バイヤーへ状況報告致します。
仮に商品が紛失した場合、行方不明になった場合は以下の2点からバイヤーへ選択してもらって対応します。
ⅰ　全額返金
ⅱ　新しい商品を出荷（送料は無料で対応）

Issues and details of improvement plan
1. Items are not delivered to the buyers.
Improvement plan
We will check the delivery status on a regular basis with the tracking number, as we were previously doing.
For items which are held by the courier because of the absence of buyer, we will inform the buyer and will aim the completion of delivery.

In international delivery, unexpected accidents, troubles, and loss of items happen.
If so, we will immediately check the delivery status from the tracking number, and inform the buyer on the situation.
If the item get lost, we will have the buyer choose from the following 2 choices:
i Full refund
ii Redelivery of new item (Free shipment fee)
