今まで通り追跡番号をつけて定期的に配達状況を確認します。
不在で配送業者で保留中の商品についてはバイヤーへ通知して配達完了を目指します。

国際配送では予期せぬ事故、トラブル、商品紛失が発生します。
その際は早急に追跡番号から配達状況を確認し、バイヤーへ状況報告致します。
仮に商品が紛失した場合、行方不明になった場合は以下の2点からバイヤーへ選択してもらって対応します。
ⅰ　全額返金
ⅱ　新しい商品を出荷（送料は無料で対応）

I will check the delivery status on a regular basis using tracking numbers as usual.
For pending goods kept by transporters
due to buyers' absence upon delivery,
I will notify transporters in order for them to complete delivery.

Unexpected accidents, troubles, loss of goods may occur during international shipping.
In such cases, I will check the delivery status using tracking numbers as soon as possible, and report this to buyers.
If the product is lost or missing,
I will support this by asking buyers to choose from the following two options:
Ⅰ. Full refund
ⅱ. Shipment of a new item (I will pay for shipping cost)
