理由は以下の通りです
1.リターンポリシーに記載のとおり商品が届いてから2週間の返品期限を経過している。
2.我々に連絡なくディーラーで修理をしてしまっている。
 既にデーラーで他者の手が入っているので、仮に返品されたとしても我々はメーカー保証が受けられません。そもそも、有料で修理やセットアップをしたのに治らないのであれば我々の責任ではありません。あなたのお考えをお知らせください。

1. As written in the return policy, the returning date has passed 2 weeks from the arrival of the purchased item.
2. You have asked dealer to repair without any notice to our company.
As the item is already handed to others, the dealer, we can not have the warranty of the manufacture. Also, it is not our responsibility for the defective that is after the payed repairing and setting. Please let us know your thoughts.
