理由は以下の通りです
1.リターンポリシーに記載のとおり商品が届いてから2週間の返品期限を経過している。
2.我々に連絡なくディーラーで修理をしてしまっている。
 既にデーラーで他者の手が入っているので、仮に返品されたとしても我々はメーカー保証が受けられません。そもそも、有料で修理やセットアップをしたのに治らないのであれば我々の責任ではありません。あなたのお考えをお知らせください。

2, It was fixed by dealers without contacting us.
Even of you return it, we can't receive the maker's warranty because it has already been fixed by dealers. If you already tried to fix or set up at a cost,, but it doesn't fix, it is not our responsibility.
