LAの件に関し、先方から修正案を受領しました。
先方の修正案につき我々が懸念している点は５条のBAについての取扱いです。
昨年LAと打ち合わせた際は「A社が100%の権益を取得した後はBAの操業は止める」との話でした。しかし、今回相手方は意見を変えてきており、「100%権益取得後も操業は続けたい。遅くとも契約締結時までに、操業のための条件を示してほしい」と打診してきました。

For the project of LA, we have received revised plan from them.
Our concern in their revised plan is the clause 5 “concerning the operation of BA”.
When we discussed with LA last year, they told that “BA would stop operation after A company obtained 100% of interest”; however, they have changed their opinion this time and sounding out that “They wanted to continue operation even after obtaining 100% interest, so they wanted us to offer the terms and conditions to do so”.
