LAの件に関し、先方から修正案を受領しました。
先方の修正案につき我々が懸念している点は５条のBAについての取扱いです。
昨年LAと打ち合わせた際は「A社が100%の権益を取得した後はBAの操業は止める」との話でした。しかし、今回相手方は意見を変えてきており、「100%権益取得後も操業は続けたい。遅くとも契約締結時までに、操業のための条件を示してほしい」と打診してきました。
Regarding LA, we received a correction proposal from them.
The point we are concerned about for their correction proposal is handling of BA in Article 5.
Last year when we discussed with LA, they said that "after A obtained interest by 100 percent, operation of BA was going to be stopped".
However, they changed their opinion this time.
They insisted that "they would like to continue the operation after obtaining the interest
by 100 percent. They would like to provide conditions for the operation until when contracted was executed at the lastest."
