残念です。郵便番号を商品番号と間違えるというのは和訳以前の常識の問題だと思われます。細かいところをあれこれ手直しするつもりはありませんが、企業から顧客へのメールという見地に立って表現全般も含め、提出前に見直しをされることをお勧めします。
