注文についてですが、A商品を除いた他の商品に欠品などはございませんでしょうか？また支払いについですが、A商品を除いた金額（以前頂いた見積金額）を先に支払った方がよいですか？それともA商品の価格が決まってからまとめて支払った方がよいですか？

defctiveとすると欠品ではなく不良品になってしまいます。Aは既に欠品なので、exceptではなくaside from A　とするのが正しいです。全部一文にせずに、文章を区切って構成する方が読みやすいと思います。(^^)/
