2月28日に速達で発送して3月6日にお届けしているようです。

保管期限満了で戻ってきているようです。
私はしっかり追跡番号をつけて日本郵便で速達で発送しています。
このクレームはとても残念です。
配送業者の担当については私ではコントロールできません。
クレームの撤回をお願いできないでしょうか？
どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

I have checked the shipping status using the tracking number.

The package has been shipped on Feb. 28 by the express mail and they have attempted to deliver it on March 6.

It is on the way of returning to the sender upon the expiration of the retention period.
I am sure that I sent the package with tracking number through Japan post.
I am very sad to hear about this claim.
I have no control over a person from the delivery service.
Would you please lift the claim?
