追跡番号を確認しました。
2月28日に速達で発送して3月6日にお届けしているようです。
保管期限満了で戻ってきているようです。
私はしっかり追跡番号をつけて日本郵便で速達で発送しています。
このクレームはとても残念です。
配送業者の担当については私ではコントロールできません。
クレームの撤回をお願いできないでしょうか？
どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

①全額返金もしくは新しい商品を速達で発送
I checked the tracking number.
It says that it was shipped with exress mail on Feb. 28th and delivered on Mar. 6th.
It seems to be coming back to Japan since storage limitation was expired.
I shipped it to you with express mail with the tracking number.
I feel sad to get this complaint.
I cannot control what the shipping company does.
Could you please withdraw the case?
Could you please consider this?

1. Full refunds or shipping a new item with express mail.
