追跡番号を確認しました。

2月28日に速達で発送して3月6日にお届けしているようです。

保管期限満了で戻ってきているようです。
私はしっかり追跡番号をつけて日本郵便で速達で発送しています。
このクレームはとても残念です。
配送業者の担当については私ではコントロールできません。
クレームの撤回をお願いできないでしょうか？
どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

We have confirmed the tracking number.

It seems that is has been shipped by express on February. 28th and delivered on March. 6th

It seems that it has been returned due to the expiration of the retention period.
I certainly put a tracking number and ship it by Japan mail express.
So it is really a shame to receive the complaint.
I cannot control the delivery person who is in charge.
Could you please take back the complaint?
