Perhaps I can make two alternate suggestions to resolve this delivery problem. Inform the German customs to:

1. Allow the package to be signed for by Kevin Dittmar. His address is the same as my granddaughters address (Germany). He is able to travel to the German customs office to pick it up. Additionally, my granddaughter wanted to give the shirt to Kevin as a gift anyway. Or,

2. Return the package to you. If they charge you to do that then deduct the cost of return postage from my refund.
