香港送客２ケタ増へ協力呼びかけ
香港政府観光局は3月31日、 シャングリ・ラ・ホテル 東京で「香港政府観光局感謝の夕べ」を開き、旅行会社・観光関連メディアから約180人が出席した。
開会に際して、オーストラリア観光局から昨年10月に香港政府観光局日本局長に就任した堀和和典氏が挨拶。
昨年は香港への渡航者数が106万人と前年減ったものの、今年の２ケタ成長を見込むこと、また日本への旅客数が75万人とバランスが良く、安定的な航空座席供給量と安心して渡航できる２国間関係などをアピールした。
Appeal for more than 10% increase of Hong Kong visitors from Japan
Hong Kong Tourism Board held "An evening of thanks of Hong Kong Tourism Board" in Shangri-la hotel Tokyo on March 31, and approximately 180 attended from the travel agencies, the sightseeing related media, etc.
On the occasion of the opening of the evening, Mr. Kazunori Horiwa who took office as director at Hong Kong Tourism Board Japan, formerly worked for Tourism Australia, made a greeting speech.
He said that the number of visitors to Hong Kong from Japan last year was 1,060,000, a decrease against the previous year, but he anticipates a double digit increase this year, and that Hon Kong visitors to Japan was 750,000 people being in good balance, and appealed the good bilateral relations for you to travel with ease and the stable aviation seat supply situation, too.
