Here in Japan we are experiencing a season of severe cold, but soon becomes spring.
A season of cherry blossoms.
Speaking of cherry, cherry blossoms rice cake (Sakura Moti) is famous in Japan.
It is a rice cake with Azuki bean paste wrapped in leaves of cherry tree.
Gorgeous scent of the leaves of cherry will tickling your nose,
And the modest sweetness of red bean spreads to fill your mouth.
If Soere green tea, you can feel the breath of spring in Japan.
