先日、以下のScriptのAuthorが数百の顧客のメアドをCCでバラまきました
故意ではないということですがそれからスパムメールが増えています
たぶんこのメアドのリストが売られたのでしょう
ABCでは顧客に対して直接メールを送信することは規約で許されてるのでしょうか？
またこのAuthorに対して以下のどちらかの処罰をお願いします

・このAuthorのScriptを全て削除、そして出品停止
・スパムメールを送られた顧客の返金処理

甘い処置の場合、自分もこのリストを使わせてもらいます

Recently, the author of the blow script has broadcasted hundreds of emails addresses for customers attached to CC.
According to author, it was not intended, but there have been many spam mails since then.

Perhaps, the list of these mail addresses has been sold to somebody.
Does the policy of ABC allow emailing directly to a customer?
Further, I would like to request you to impose either the following penalties.

・Remove the script of this author from ABC and his/her selling privilege.
・Refund all customers who received the spam mails

If your decision on this matter is not strict, I am going to use this list as well.
