"I shipped"とはどこにも書かれていません。素直にmy itemと訳せば良いでしょう。
おそらく依頼主はいったん外国の転送会社に自分宛の品物を送ってもらい、そこから日本に転送してもらっていて、その品物が転送会社に届いたかどうかを確認したいのだと思います。
