The razor I sold you is a very rare article. I would say it is quite difficult to find a new, yet unopened one. The condition of the used ones is probably even worse.

So far I have sold ten of these yet unopened razors, but I've never received any complaints. I am very sorry that you are not satisfied with this product.

I still have two of these in stock, but they are of the same condition as the one I sold you.
