The razor you purchased from me is very rare.In my opinion,it might be difficult to find this kind of razors that are not opened in japan today.If they are used,condition of them will not so good.
I am so sorry for your dissatisfaction at what you purchased,for I have sold about 10 unopend razors but I never received any claims from buyers.
Currently I have other 2 razors,but condition of them are the same as the razor you purchased.
I will do anything for you if you change your feedback of eBay.
