USPS hotlineに確認した際に下記の郵便局に荷物があるので再配達依頼は直接この局へ、と案内を受けました。

Yelpのレビューを確認すると、荷物の配達はいつも遅く、電話にも全く出ないとのレビューがあり、直接取りに行くしか方法がない、といったことが書かれています。

I have tried to call the post office many times but I can't get through.

When I called the USPS Hotline I was told that the package is at the post office below and you need to directly request a redelivery from the post office.

I looked at the Yelp reviews and there were reviews saying that their package delivery is always slow, you can never call them and you have to go there and pick it up in-person.
