USPS hotlineに確認した際に下記の郵便局に荷物があるので再配達依頼は直接この局へ、と案内を受けました。

I called the post office many times but I could not get through.

When I called the USPS hotline I was told that the package is being held at the post office below and to make a redelivery request directly to this post office.

Looking at the reviews on Yelp, people wrote that delivery is always late and they never answer the phone so the only thing to do is go directly to the post office and pick up the package in person.

Would it be possible for you to go to the post office and pick up the package? I think that's probably the fastest way. Thank you very much for your understanding.
