無関係な人に転送をお願いして、「送料の１０％」しか払わないのですか？また、送り先が「私」なんですか？それなら転送ではなく、単に返品ではないですか？

「私はイギリスにいる」といいながら「受取人の住所を送る」んですか？

ここまで、日本語の意味が取れていない、ということです。

３番目の訳は私がやったものなので、よろしければご参照ください。意味はわかると思います。
送料と（送料の）１０％を手数料（として）払う、という意味です。
「同じイギリス国内です」は主語を何にしたらいいのかわからなくて、itにしてしまいましたが、今お書きになったものが正解だと思います。

これは、イギリスのお客さんに、他のイギリスにいるお客さんに送るものを送ってしまったので、その人に、正しい受け取り先へ転送してもらえませんか、とお願いしているわけです。同じ国内なので。「私」はおそらく日本にいます。

ま、そのセンテンスだけではなく、前後の脈絡も見ながらやりましょう、ということです。

でも、注意しなければいけないのは、たまに、このように１行や２行ずつで行をあけて書いてあるものの中に、空欄の行の前後は何の関係もない別々の話のときもあります。脈絡がおかしいときはそれも疑わなければなりません。現に、この依頼文も、最後のセンテンスはその上とは別の話です。これは、このお願いが断られた時用で、この人がまだ荷物を受け取っていないときにしか使えませんからね。

今まではSeeking Reviewにも新しい翻訳が出ていたのです。みんながレビューして、なくなっちゃったのかなぁ？まさかなぁ。きっと、たまりすぎたので、在庫一掃で、ある時期のものを集中的に出しているのかも？今だけのことかもしれませんから、今後もあちこち開けてみて下さいな。
