English

Today I have requested to certify the documents numbered 1 to 6 at US embassy, but my application has been declined by the US ambassador saying "It is depicted on the document number 6 that A signed in front of the ambassador, but this is not true (A did not come) therefore application for no. 6 cannot be approved.

As you know, in Japan normally the president of the company does not go to the embassy to sign, instead it is conventional that an agent completes procedure using company stamp.

I'll be waiting for your reply regarding how I should proceed from now on.
