現在USPSに問い合わせ中で詳細はわかりませんが、税関で何かトラブルがあったものと考えております。お約束した日までに商品をお届けできず、非常に残念です。
私もよくeBayで出品しpaypalで支払いを受け取りますが、だいたい3から4週は受け取れません。購入者のほうからはどうすることもできないように思います。$190支払えばすぐに$200分のカードを送っていただけますか？それならすぐに送金しますが？

I also exhibit a lot of products in eBay and receive payments via PayPal, but I will not receive from 3 to 4 weeks. I also think that the buyer cannot do anything with that matter. Can you send the $200 card immediately once I have pay the $190? I will transfer the money immediately if that's the case.
