私は新品の商品を購入しましたが、送られて来た商品はマジックの跡があり、部品が一部壊れていました。
セラーに一部返金を求めましたが、返品しろといってこちらの言う事を聞いてくれません。商品は母へのプレゼントとして購入しました。母はそのまま使うといって聞きませんでした。ですので商品は既に使用しています。
妥当な値段以外を返金して欲しいのです。

I bought a new item, but the item sent to me has stains of marker, and a part of it is broken.
I asked the seller to make a refund to me, but he didn't agree with that and told me to ship the item back. I bought it for the present to my mother. She said she'll use the item. Therefore I already started using the item.
I want the seller to make a refund to me.
