私は新品の商品を購入しましたが、送られて来た商品はマジックの跡があり、部品が一部壊れていました。
セラーに一部返金を求めましたが、返品しろといってこちらの言う事を聞いてくれません。商品は母へのプレゼントとして購入しました。母はそのまま使うといって聞きませんでした。ですので商品は既に使用しています。
妥当な値段以外を返金して欲しいのです。
詳しくはメッセージのやりとりを見てもらえれば分かると思います。
破損している商品の写真もあります。

I bought a brand-new item, but it had a mark written with a magic marker and was partly broken.
I requested a partial refund to the seller, but the seller insisted that I should return it and did not wanted to listen to me. I bought it as a gift for my mother. My mother said that she would use it as it was, and did not want to listen to me. Therefore, the item is used by her.
I agree to pay for the item but to the extent it is reasonable, and wish the seller to refund me a part of the price of the item since it was not a brand-new one as the seller explained.
