しかし、この商品はお客様が半年も前に購入したものです。

この件に関して、返品を承認しなければならないのでしょうか？

規約によると返品の受け付け期間は、購入日から３０日間でしたか？

つまり、返金の対応はできないということをお伝えすれば良いのでしょうか？
