調理パンとは
調理パン（ちょうりパン）とは、通常のパン製造工程とは別に調理した具材を、乗せたり挟み込んで作られるパン。または、パン製造過程における加熱を、乗せた具材の調理に用いたパン。通常のパンに比べ、消費期限が短い。狭義の場合サンドイッチそのものを調理パンと呼ぶ場合もある。 主に惣菜パンと菓子パンの2種類に分けられる。

Cooked bun (Cho-ri pan) is bread with cooked ingredients on or in it (sandwiched). The ingredients are cooked separately from normal bread process. Or the heating of bun process is used for cooking ingredients on bun. Compared with the normal bun, consumption expiration date comes early. In a narrow sense, sandwiches are sometimes called "Cooked bun". There are two kinds of cooked bun: Daily dish bun and Sweetened bun
