もみじの天ぷら

箕面のお土産と言えば、もみじの天ぷらです。なんと、もみじの葉っぱを揚げているのです。味は普段食べる天ぷらとは異なり、甘くて、胡麻が入っています。「天ぷら」と言っていますが、もみじを使った「和菓子」と捉えていいでしょう。
