御社の商品はとても興味深く、既に何度も購入させていただいています。

しかし、購入時に何度かキャンセルが発生しているため、その解決方法に
ついて相談させてください。

キャンセルのメールには、「請求先住所が違う」と書いてあったため、
Paypal や Visa に住所を確認しました。しかし、特に間違いがあるように
思えませんでした。
可能であれば、具体的に間違い箇所をご指摘いただけませんでしょうか？

But sometimes I want to cancel the things I have ordered. I would like to ask the solution concerning this problem.

In the mail for cancellation, it is written that "The billing information is incorrect". But I have already confirmed the information with Paypal and Visa and found nothing wrong.

Would you please tell me the exact place of error in the billing information?
