新品ということでしたが、どう見ても新品ではありません。

プラスチックの部分が割れています。

I received the product.
However there is a big discrepancy from your product explanation.

First of all, you mentioned it is a new item. But it is NOT a new.
There is a scratch mark on the pot. A Magic marked also.
There is an imprint in the pot that someone already used it.
And the plastic part is broken.

I want my partial payment back.
