It does surprise me that your charge is higher.

Offering me to cancel order, sounds like a bad business, and I feel sad that you did not attempt at all to find a better solution.

残念ですが、これはあまり日本語とはいえません。半分しか意味通じません。また、「驚かない」んじゃなくて「驚いた」んです。英語も取り違えましたね。
