私はまだ同じ商品の在庫を持っているので急いで発送の手続きをして20日昼～夕方頃（アメリカ時間）までに日本から同じ商品を発送する事は可能です
上手くいけば24～25日に届くかも知れないがクリスマス前なので期待は出来ない
またもし再送した場合にクリスマスに間に合わなかったとしても返金は受け付けられない
現時点であればあなたが望むのであれば私は喜んで返金します
またUSPSへの配送事故保険の請求は私がしますのであなたは何もする必要はありません。
返金もしくは再送、あなたはどちらが良いですか？
I still have a stock of the same item so I can urgently process shipment to dispatch the same item from Japan by noo to evening of 20th (US time).
If things go well it might reach you around 24th or 25th, but I cannot expect it's before Christmas.
Also in case resent item does not reach by Christmas I cannot make refund.
