ご存じだと思いますが、我々が今適用をお願いしているのはこの方針自体であり、当面の間はガイドライン等の制定をお願いする予定はありません（この方針を制定すればA規則は自動的にこの会社に適用されるからです。）。
この前のメールでお伝えしたとおり、今後は規則をお送りして情報共有を図っていきますので、本方針の制定にご協力をお願いします。手始めに、B規則を添付のとおりお送りします。

具体的な方針の制定手続きに関しては、Aさんとの間で連絡をとって頂けますでしょうか？

As you know,　what I request you to apply the policy itself now, and at present there is no plan to request of establishing a new guidelines (because A rule automatically can be applied to this company if enacted this policy ).
As we reported in the mail before, as we aim to share information with sending the rule in the future, we ask for your cooperation in the enactment of this policy. For starters, I will send you B rule as attached.
