外国人が思いつく日本食と言えばまず寿司と天ぷらがある。しかし、一般的に寿司、天ぷらは高級な料理である。寿司、天ぷらを提供するカジュアルレストランも日本にはあるが、日本人は寿司、天ぷらを毎日食べているわけではない。日本人は日本食以外にも中華料理やイタリアン料理も家で作ってよく食べる。ここでは日本人が日常食べている食事について紹介する。日本で生活する一般的な日本人の食生活を知ってもらい、みなさんには日本にさらに興味を持ってもらえるとうれしい。

As for Japanese food which foreigners imagine, Sushi and Tempura are major examples. However, they are generally expensive dish. Though some casual restaurants serve Sushi and Tempra, Japanese don't eat those everyday. They often cook and eat at home the other food such as Chinese and Itarian besides Japanese food. I introduce you here everyday food that Japanese people eat. It would be gratful if you have more interest in Japan by knowing eating habit of ordinary Japanese living in Japan.
