普通の日本語になっています。が、examination の意味を取り違えたので、「テスト」とか「試験品」とか、わけ分からないことになってしまいましたね。upon closer examination は「よく調べてみると」です。ここだけなので、残念でした。

あ、最後の、「返金もを負担します。」は変でしたね。正しくは「返金します」でした。

その一つ前、「私たちは、この状況のように」の文章、先方は①返金（商品代金）②送料負担、の２つを「してもいい、もしくは、するべきだ」といっています。「負担します」と断言してはいません。また、この状況の「ように」ではなく、「この状況であれば」です。
