I have written the 10 products on your report inside the box. Please list them on Commerce after confirming them. Also, please upload them on Commerce first even if you didn't understand them.

I cannot say for sure as I do not know the weight of the product, but the delivery fee would probably be as on the attached image.

It is extremely hard for me tot explain about the delivery fee. Please be patient as I will ask about this to the fonder of Commerce.
