お書きになった英文の一行目を訳すと「あなたが商品をアメリカに送り返すなら、私の手間賃として40ドル返金してください」になります。原文と全く違います。
littel → little
give this my child →　give this to my child
Please treat me well ってのは、「私を大事に扱ってね」です。なんですか、これは？
