いつもお世話になっております。

今回、荷物の発送を依頼しようとした所ですが、申告額が私が実際に
購入した金額に比べて、べらぼうに高いです。

しかも、修正をする事ができません。

これでは、発送依頼をしたいけど、わざと高く申告して
税関に高い金額を払うのと同じ事です。

最近、あなたの会社は、実際の購入金額より高く申告額を表示
する事が多いですが、カスタマーへ嫌がらせをしているのでしょうか？

修正頂いたら、すぐに発送依頼をかけますので、直ちに修正お願いします。

When I was about to make a shipping request for the package this time, I found out that the declared amount is very high as compared to the actual amount for the purchase I made.

And I am not able to fix this.

So I want to request for the shipping but a price that was purposely declared really high would mean that I need to pay for a high customs fee.

And recently, there are a lot of these cases with your company, so are you trying to push away customers?

Please fix this since I would be immediately proceed with the shipping request once everything is okay.
