I believe yours works but so does mine. It's just the difference in style. As for "looking forward to your reply", it implies some expectations. You won't be happy with cancellation, right? I think "will be waiting for your reply" sounds better here. What do you think?

Thank you for your comments. Yes, I agree with you. Looking forward has more positive expectation meaning. However, I think even if I don't want a cancellation from a customer, I would still choose to let the customer feel better because for me "waiting for a reply" sounds less positive. However, yours is correct as well. Like you said it's just different styles of writing. I will try not to do it again when I review your translation next time.
