We want you to receive your merchandise as quickly as possible. To help ensure the most accurate export paperwork and avoid customs delays, we have made a change to our package receiving and shipping processes:

If your package arrives without a merchant invoice, or if the merchant invoice does not show the price you paid, we need you to enter the price you paid for your merchandise.

If a package requires you to enter the price you paid, you will see an "Enter Values" link in your Inbox. You will not be able to ship this package until you enter the price you paid.

お客様にできるだけ早く商品を受け取ってほしいと思います。より正確な輸出書類にするため、及び税関での遅延を避けるため、当社は荷物受取及び発送手続きに変更を加えました：

もし荷物にマーチャントインボイスが付いていない状態で届いたり、マーチャントインボイスにお客様が支払った金額が記されていない場合は、お客様が商品について支払った金額をご自分で記入していただく必要があります。

お客様が支払い金額を記入するように荷物に指示がある場合は、”Enter Values（金額を記入）"というリンクがインボックスに表示されます。この場合、支払った金額を入力しないとその荷物を発送することができません。
